Water Elements Vastu: Underground Sump, Borewell, Overhead Tanks & Fountains

Digging an underground water tank or borewell creates an excavation in the earth. Placing that excavation in the Northeast keeps the Northeast light and low, catching geomagnetic water tables. In contrast, an overhead water tank containing thousands of liters weighs several tons; placing that heavy mass in the Southwest anchors the Southwest with massive gravitational stability.
