  • Mindful Timing:

    Dinner (6-7 PM) – Light & easy to digest.

(For those with dry skin, anxiety, or irregular digestion)
  • 🌬️ Qualities to Balance: Cold, light, and rough → Focus on warm, moist, grounding foods.
  • 🌅 Morning (6-8 AM): Warm Water with lemon & honey. Stewed Apple with cinnamon & ghee. Mung Dal Khichdi (with cumin, ginger, and basmati rice).
  • ☀️ Mid-Morning (10 AM): Golden Milk (Turmeric + Ashwagandha in warm A2 milk).
  • 🌞 Lunch (12-1 PM): Cooked quinoa/red rice, ghee-roasted pumpkin & zucchini, mung dal with hing, fresh coconut chutney.
  • 🌇 Evening (4-5 PM): Herbal Tea (Licorice or Chamomile), Soaked Almonds & Dates.
