Prana Vandana (Gratitude for the Life Breath)
प्राणस्येदं वशे सर्वं त्रिदिवे यत्प्रतिष्ठितम् । मातेव पुत्रान् रक्षस्व श्रीश्च प्रज्ञां च विदेह्य नः ॥
Prāṇasyedaṃ Vaśe Sarvaṃ Tridive Yat Pratiṣṭhitam | Māteva Putrān Rakṣasva Śrīś Ca Prajñāṃ Ca Videhya Naḥ ||
Simple meaning
Everything that exists across the realms is sustained by the rhythm of Prana. Like a mother watching over her children, protect us, O Vital Breath, and bestow upon us radiant health and wisdom.
