Shri Ram Aarti

O mind, worship gracious Shri Ramachandra,
who destroys the terrible fear of worldly existence.
Lotus eyes, lotus face and hands, lotus-red feet.

Beauty beyond countless Cupids; lovely as a fresh blue cloud.
Yellow garments like pure lightning — I bow to Janaka’s son-in-law.

Worship the friend of the helpless, the sun-like Lord,
destroyer of demon lineages — joy of the Raghus, Kaushalya’s moon, Dasharatha’s son.

Perform the aarti of Shri Ram —
glory, glory to Sita-Ram.

With Sita, with Hanuman, with Lakshmana — Shri Ram.
With Bharata and Shatrughna — perform Ram’s aarti.

Glory to Raghunath, glory to Raghunath.
Remove devotees’ troubles; grant Your grace, O Raghunath.
