Seated on swan, Garuda, and the bull Nandi.

Two arms, four arms, ten arms — beautifully adorned.
Beholding Your three forms, the three worlds are enchanted.

You wear a rosary, forest garland, and skull garland.
Sandal and musk adorn You; the moon rests on Your brow.
Om, glory to Shiva Omkara.

White, yellow, and tiger-skin cloths adorn Your body.
Sages like Sanaka, Brahma, and the bhutas are with You.
Om, glory to Shiva Omkara.

In Your hands: water-pot, discus, and trident.
Giver of joy, remover of sorrow, protector of the world.

The unknowing may see Brahma, Vishnu, and Sadashiva apart;
in the sacred Om syllable, the three are One.

Lord of the three gunas, You shower blessings on devotees.
