Aarti Kije Hanuman Lala Ki

Perform the aarti of dear Hanuman —
destroyer of the wicked, art of Raghunath.

By whose strength the great mountains tremble.
Illness and fault dare not approach Him.

Son of Anjani, giver of great strength.
Always the helper and support of saints.

The brave one, sent by Raghunath,
burned Lanka and brought news of Sita.

When Lakshmana lay unconscious at dawn,
He brought the sanjivani and saved his life.

Entering Patala, breaking Yama’s prison,
He tore off Ahiravana’s arms.

With His left arm He destroyed the asuras —
true victory-cry of Ram.

He set the city of Lanka ablaze.
Glory, glory to dear Hanuman —
